The Shift: From Empowerment Coach to Podcast Host to Agency Founder. The Full Story.

Randa Quraan | Socially Loud Media Most people meet me as a founder. They see the agency, the brand, the events, the clients. They see Socially Loud and they think: marketing business. And that is accurate, as far as it goes. But there is a longer story that explains why I build the way I build, why I care about people the way I do, why my agency feels different from a typical creative shop. That story starts long before the agency. It starts with my work as an empowerment coach. For years before Socially Loud became what it is now, I worked with individuals. Women, mostly. People who were stuck, who knew they were capable of more but could not find the doorway. I coached them one on one, in workshops, in group programs. I helped them excavate their story, claim their voice, build their confidence, and step into what they were actually meant for. That work shaped everything. Not as a credential or a title, but as a way of seeing people. I learned how to ask the question underneath the question. How to hold space for someone who is both terrified and ready. How to believe in someone before they believe in themselves. I never stopped being that person. I just built a larger platform for it. Socially Loved started as an extension of that coaching work. A podcast about real conversations, community, healing, the things people think but do not say out loud. It was the bridge between the intimate one-on-one world of coaching and the public platform I was building. Through it I found my voice as a host, as a storyteller, as someone who could make people feel less alone through a speaker. It also clarified something important: I was not just a coach and I was not just a brand builder. I was a connector. Someone who could bring the human and the business together in one space. What I lost in the shift is worth naming. When you move from coaching individuals to running an agency, you trade depth for scale. I miss the intimacy of sitting across from one person and watching something shift in them. There are days I think about going back to that work in a more focused way. But what I gained is the ability to create real impact at a broader level. The agency serves brands that reach thousands, sometimes millions of people. The podcast reaches a community that needed a space to breathe. Socially Legit is being built to protect the entire creator economy from the inside. The coaching is still in all of it. It is just wearing different clothes. The Trilogy, Socially Loud, Socially Loved, Socially Legit, is not three random brands. It is one throughline. Build loudly. Love deeply. Show up as legitimate. Every piece of it traces back to the same root: a woman who believes that people are worth investing in, and who has been building that belief into everything she touches since the beginning. That is the full story. And I am still in the middle of writing it. --- Randa Quraan is the founder of Socially Loud, Socially Loved, and Socially Legit. Speaker. Strategist. Coach.
