Basel 2026. Want a room?
Seven days when the whole city becomes a venue, every brand wants a moment, and most of the money spent that week disappears without a trace. We’ve produced through Basel since 2010. One dinner we built in Wynwood put 50 creators in a room with no posting requirement; 90 percent posted anyway, 2.3M impressions, $366K in earned media, one night. Rooms for December lock in the next three weeks.
Le Chick, Wynwood, Basel week

PUMA x RS. One room, one night.
Basel week is five cities.
Each one has a different audience and a different cost. Choose the crowd, then the room.
The fair, the Collins Avenue hotels and the satellite fairs. The most collectors and press, the highest venue costs, the hardest permits. For a brand that needs the art world to see it.
Galleries, warehouses, murals and the creator crowd. Rooms feel native because the neighborhood is already about art. This is where we put PUMA, and where we send most consumer brands first.
Luxury retail and collector dinners. Smaller rooms, higher stakes, a list that has to be exactly right. Fashion, beauty and spirits do well here.
Corporate hospitality, finance and tech. Less art-world energy, easier logistics, strong for client dinners and stakeholder moments.
The newer gallery scene and the most local feel. Lower costs and a crowd that rewards brands who show up with something real.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the open nights.
Tuesday December 1 and Wednesday December 2 are when the art world arrives and calendars are still open. Thursday is the vernissage and the heaviest party night, which means the most competition for the same guests. Friday and Saturday belong to the public fair and the big brand parties. Sunday everyone is tired and leaving.
For a creator dinner or a launch we push clients to Tuesday or Wednesday evening, when a well-built room can still be the best option on someone’s list. If you have to be in the Thursday mix, the room has to be extraordinary.
What brands get wrong.
Open bar and a DJ is the baseline for every room that week. Give people something to look at, make or take part in. The PUMA room had a custom installation that belonged in Wynwood. That was the content.
Fifty creators with the right audience beats five hundred with the wrong one. We cast by trust and fit and would rather leave seats empty than fill them wrong.
A posting requirement produces content that looks like a requirement. No requirement, 90 percent posted.
Late credentials, a valet line round the block, product that doesn’t arrive, a sound system that fights the conversation. During Basel, operations are a creative discipline.
Same-day edits, content licensed for your channels, a plan for the week after. One night should feed a quarter.
The next six weeks.
Venues, crews, security, valet and the creators themselves book out for Basel. The rooms left in late November are left for a reason.
Goal, audience, budget band and the night. We come back within one business day with a point of view and two or three rooms we can actually get.
Venue signed, date held, concept locked. Creator casting starts; every name vetted through Socially Legit.
Run of show, credentials, production, security, valet, product in Miami. Content plan for the night and the week after.
The room. Same-day edits out before midnight. Receipts on December 7.
Questions brands ask in October.
The full guide is in the Library: the Art Basel 2026 producer’s guide and the Wynwood dinner shortlist. Everything else we build in this city is on the Miami experiential page.
When is Art Basel Miami Beach 2026?
December 4 to 6, 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, with VIP preview days on December 2 and 3. Miami Art Week runs November 30 through December 6.
How late can a brand still book a room for Basel week?
Good Wynwood and Design District rooms are usually gone by early November. We can still open rooms through relationships into mid-November, but the options narrow every week. If you are reading this with a December idea, send it today.
What does an Art Basel activation cost?
Our intake form uses budget bands from under $25K to $150K and up. A creator dinner in Wynwood, a launch in the Design District and a multi-night hospitality takeover on the Beach sit in very different bands, and the venue moves the number more than anything else. Tell us the goal and the band and we scope the room to fit it.
Do you require creators to post?
No. The PUMA x RS dinner had no posting requirement in the brief and 90 percent of the creators posted anyway. Build the room right and the posts come without asking.
Which night should we pick?
Tuesday December 1 or Wednesday December 2 for a dinner or launch, when the art world has arrived and calendars are still open. Thursday is the heaviest party night and the most competition. Friday and Saturday belong to the public fair and the big brand parties.
Send the night. We’ll send the rooms.
The date you’re thinking about, who needs to be in the room, and what success should feel like on December 7. One business day, a point of view, not a deck.
